How it works

What actually happens, step by step.

No call centre reading from a script and no vague promise of "someone will be in touch." Here is exactly what happens from the moment you message us to the moment we leave your property, so there is nothing to wonder about before you book.

Before the clean

Steps 1 to 3

Everything that happens before a cleaner ever sets foot in your home. This part is about getting the scope and the price right, so there are no surprises once the job actually starts.

1

Tell us what you need

Usually takes two minutes

It starts with a message, not a form buried behind a login. Most people reach out through WhatsApp with a photo of the property or a quick description of what needs doing, though the contact form works just as well if you would rather type it out properly. Either way, we just need three things to get moving: your suburb, roughly how big the place is, and which service you are after.

If you are not sure which service fits your situation, that is completely fine. Plenty of people message us simply saying "the house needs a proper clean before we move" or "the tenants have left and it needs to be spotless for the agent," and we work out the right service from there rather than expecting you to already know the terminology.

2

Get a fixed quote

Usually same day

Once we know the basics, we put together a proper quote rather than a guess. For a standard residential job, this is often confirmed within a few hours based on the details you have already given us. For anything more involved, a bond clean on an older property, a commercial contract, a post construction job, we might ask a couple of follow up questions or request a few photos so the quote actually reflects what is going on rather than a generic average.

The number you get at this stage is the number that matters. It covers the full scope of what was discussed, and it will not move once the job is booked unless something changes on your end, like adding an extra room or a different service altogether. If a cleaner arrives and genuinely finds the job bigger than described, you get a phone call and a chance to agree on a new figure before anyone does any extra work, never a surprise line item after the fact.

3

Lock in the booking

Choose a date that suits you

With the quote agreed, we find a date and time window that actually works for your schedule, not just whatever slot happens to be free. Weekday, weekend, early morning before you leave for work, we try to fit around real life rather than asking you to fit around us. Once it is locked in, a team is assigned to the job and you get a confirmation with the date, the time window, and what to expect.

For end of lease cleans especially, we will often ask when your final inspection is, so we can build in a sensible buffer rather than cutting it fine. Nobody wants their bond clean finishing an hour before the agent walks through the door.

On the day

Steps 4 to 6

This is the part most companies skip over with a single vague sentence. Here is exactly what our team does once they arrive, because knowing what to expect makes the whole thing far less stressful.

4

The team arrives and checks in

Within the agreed window

Every cleaner who steps onto a property has already been through a national police clearance and reference checks, and every job is covered by public liability insurance. That is not marketing language, it is simply what has to be true before someone works alone in your home. On arrival, the team confirms access, checks in with you if you are home, and asks about anything specific you mentioned when booking, a room to skip, a pet to work around, a particular area you want extra attention on.

If nobody is home, that is completely normal too. Plenty of our regular clients give us a key or a door code and get on with their day, and we simply lock up and send a message once we are finished.

5

The clean happens

Time depends on the service booked

The team works through the agreed checklist room by room, using their own equipment and products so you never need to have anything ready beforehand. If you would prefer we use products you already have at home for a particular surface or allergy reason, just mention it when booking and we will work with that instead.

For a regular clean, this looks like kitchens, bathrooms and living areas, dusting, vacuuming and mopping, worked through methodically rather than rushed. For a bond clean or deep clean, it stretches further, inside ovens and cupboards, skirting boards, window tracks, the parts of a home that quietly collect grime between visits. Whatever the service, the same principle applies, a proper pass through every agreed area rather than a surface skim that looks fine from the doorway and falls apart on closer inspection.

6

Final walkthrough

Before the team leaves

Before anyone packs up, we walk through the property with you if you are home, or send photos through if you are not. This is the moment to point out anything that still needs a second look. If something has been missed, it gets fixed right there and then, not added to a list for "next time."

For end of lease cleans, this walkthrough often mirrors what the property manager will actually check, benchtops, skirting boards, inside the oven, window tracks, so you are not left guessing what an agent might flag later.

After the clean

Steps 7 to 9

The job does not end the moment the team drives off. Here is what happens with payment, feedback, and getting the next visit organised if you are booking us again.

7

Payment

On the day, unless invoiced

Payment is taken on the day of the clean by bank transfer or card, kept as simple as a tap or a transfer rather than a drawn out process. Commercial clients who work with us regularly can move onto monthly invoicing once we have built up a working relationship, which tends to suit larger accounts better than a payment on every single visit.

8

A real feedback window

24 hours after the clean

Sometimes something only becomes obvious once you are properly living in a space again, a smear on a mirror caught by afternoon light, a spot behind a door that was missed. You have 24 hours to flag anything like that, and we come back and fix it at no extra charge. For end of lease cleans specifically, that window extends to 72 hours, because property managers do not always inspect the same day, and our bond back guarantee is built around that reality.

We would genuinely rather hear about a problem than have you quietly decide not to book us again. If something is not right, tell us plainly and we will sort it, no defensiveness, no argument about whether it counts.

9

Booking the next one

Automatic for regular cleans

If you have set up a weekly, fortnightly or monthly clean, the next visit is already scheduled, so there is nothing more for you to organise. We will send a reminder ahead of each visit, and if a date needs to shift because of a public holiday or something coming up in your week, just message us and we will move it, usually without any fuss.

For one off services like a deep clean or a bond clean, we will often check back in a few weeks later just to see how everything held up, not to push another booking, genuinely just to make sure the job did what it was supposed to do.

What we bring

Nothing you need to prepare.

Every team arrives fully equipped, so there is no shopping list to work through before we get there.

Full equipment kit

Vacuums, mops, microfibre cloths and the right tool for every surface, carried in on the day rather than left for you to source.

Suitable products

Standard cleaning products for most jobs, and food safe, low fume options for anything used near kitchens and appliances.

Specialist gear when needed

Hot water carpet extraction units, window kits for hard to reach glass, and the right approach for post construction dust.

A property specific checklist

Every job is worked from a checklist built around what was actually agreed, not a generic list applied to every home the same way.

A team that knows the job

Cleaners work in consistent teams rather than a rotating pool, so the way a job is run stays steady from one visit to the next.

A person to actually talk to

Every step of this process runs through a real person on WhatsApp or the phone, never an automated ticket queue that goes quiet.

What stays the same

The parts of this process we never cut corners on.

Whatever service you book, and whichever team turns up, these four things hold true every single time.

A price agreed before we start

The figure you agree to at quote stage is the figure you pay, with no line items added after the job is already underway.

Insured and police cleared

Every cleaner is vetted before they work alone in a property, and every job is covered by public liability insurance.

A window we actually keep

Teams arrive within the time agreed at booking, and if something ever runs late, you are told before it happens, not after.

Something to fall back on

A 24 hour satisfaction window on every job, extended to 72 hours for bond cleans, so nothing gets left half finished.
